Smells so good the leather. Well made and good quality, I’m glad I decided to order this one. Ordered the Saddle Brown. Was worried it I wouldn’t receive on time for travel but was shipped right away and just got it today.

I forgot to select the gift box at checkout and the owner was quick to respond to my message and update the order on my behalf. The order arrived quickly and the bag is cute and soft, can't wait for my niece to start using it. For reference the person in the photo is 5'6".

Great looking bag at a good size. The leather is very high quality and has an excellent feel to it. I also asked for a custom order to make the bag plain black (the only black options they had at the time were patterns) and they did it no problem. Eeverything about this is perfect! Also excellent customer service!

I’ve only been using it a few days but the soft leather is already wearing beautifully (I ordered the color “saddle brown”). I appreciate the convenience of the card slots, pockets, and key clip (I also sewed an elastic loop in the lining to hold my lip balm). The zippers function smoothly and shipping was pretty fast. It also comes with a dust bag which is very appreciated. I have no doubt that this bag will last a lifetime if cared for properly. I highly recommend!

There was a delay in shipping because one of my bags didn't pass quality control, but it was well worth the wait. Can't wait to break them in and add to the character. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Off to order a wallet right now.

I have a few other sling bag/fanny packs but because they are fabric they get filthy. This one should stand up well to the dirt and grim of life in the country. I hope in time the leather will soften but even brand new it looks great.

Overall a good bag - great size, high quality, and classic design. I wish it had the elastic loops like the woven bag does! That being said, I’m disappointed in how dark the saddle brown is compared to what was advertised.

I’ve been using this bag for a couple of weeks now and I love it. It’s not too big and the leather is really nice. I’m looking forward to when it’s fully broken in.

Great bag feels very durable, wish the top lid was sawn over the front zipper instead of being tucked under. It makes the bag look bit off. Maybe good idea to upgrade in next iteration for new look? I would buy it again.

The leather is stiffer than I anticipated and like but good value overall.

I have become a big fan of belt bags, and in the summer months I was wearing a Lululemon canvas one, which actually held quite a bit of stuff. I got a leather designer belt bag, which looked like it would hold lots, too, but it was so stiff and inflexible I couldn’t fit the stuff I need daily in it. I looked on line for a leather replacement for winter, and found Hides. I like the belt bag I ordered because it is a bit more supple and I can get into it without bursting a capillary. It looks great, and I love the color I ordered.

Very well made and beautiful color

I purchased the Nexus Leather Belt Bag as an alternative to a smaller belt bag that I have had for some time. I was looking for an option to fit a larger wallet and some essentials when traveling. The leather looks like it will need to be broken in before it becomes soft but the leather itself is fantastic quality and looks like it will age beautifully. The strap on the bag is secure making it a safe option for travel and has a number of adjustment points. I am average size and the pouch of the bag spans roughly the width of my chest giving approximately 2L of space within the bag. The zippers are secure but may need a bit of breaking in as they were stiff when I started using the bag. The brown leather is a classic fit with my wardrobe and flexible for the office, everyday use or travel. Very happy with the purchase so far.

Just received my croco black bag and I am so impressed. It’s made beautifully, and feels great. I can’t wait to get another style. 100/10

The quality is amazing. Soft but durable. One suggestion is make it larger as it can only hold keys a phone and very small wallet

Gorgeous bag. I love it, goes with everything! Can go from picking up groceries to a nice dinner out. Size is perfect, zipper is great quality and the leather is so beautiful.

Beautiful. It will become softer with use. Just the right size and I love that this bag can be worn under a coat boarding airplanes or travel without being noticed. If you are a minimal travel person this product is for you. I did add a safety clip to the zipper to ensure no one can open this bag on a metro or in crowds. Key clip inside is a must. Thank you HIDES for thinking if this feature. Will most likely buy another in the future. Eyeing the tote bags.

This is a fanny pack but using it as a crossbody bag. The black is lovely and not sticking out to be noticed. It will soften up overtime. I can fit my keys (on the attached key clip), phone, wallet, change purse, comb and Kleenex and more if necessary. Love the back pocket to put day to day money in for travel to avoid opening the main compartment. It is not big or small and I could wear it under my coat, I.e. metro. Got this 50% off. May buy another one. Bought it for trips but will be my daily bag now. For security, added a clip from zipper to strap hook. Do not hesitate to buy this item!

I contacted Hides quite a bit before completing my first purchase. It was always a quick and friendly, informative reply. I asked for something very custom - mixing prints in certain areas on the bag - they were happy to do it and it's an absolutely incredible piece that will last a lifetime! I am so thrilled with their work!!
